Does the POMM® work with my cellular mobile phone service account?

NO, we have eUICC embedded SIM technology, your device can instantly switch networks across profiles for uninterrupted connectivity and is included with your service.

Do you offer a warranty?

YES, we offer a 12-month warranty against internal hardwaremalfunctions, this does not cover physical damage, damage due to excessive cold/heat or water damage.

Can strangers call my child’s POMM®?

NO, only the pre-registered guardians phone numbers will be allowed to make direct calls to POMM®

Does the POMM® make phone calls?

YES, the POMM® works just like a phone to make in & outbound calls to predetermined phone numbers that you allow.

Can someone swim with the POMM®?

NO, it is rated IP67 and will work for at least 30 minutes while under 15cm to 1m of water. It is splash proof and stands tuff against dirt and frequently hand washing.

Does POMM track fitness?

POMM® Kids does not track steps, it was created to give parents peace of mind by staying connected when away from them. However, POMM® Silver has a daily step count pedometer that can be set up.

Are there games available to play on the POMM® device?

No, we have designed the POMM® platform device strictly as a second layer of watchful eyes on your loved ones.

How long does the battery last?

Battery life will dependent on how the device is used. The more usage, the faster the battery is consumed. A typical usage is 18 hours. (we recommend nightly charging)

Does the POMM® have Bluetooth?

The POMM® Kids is not Bluetooth capable. POMM® Silver operates with Bluetooth

Can I create a Geo-fence for my loved ones location?

YES, you can set up your own boundary zones and be alerted immediately if your family member leaves a predetermined zone/area.
